Yeah, he's that pothead who blew his chance with the main strap and now comes and goes whenever he gets bored with his bong and wants to use the vaporizer.

It has it's moments. Scampoli telling his story about stealing his own car back was brilliant. But mostly he's just a really obnoxious, unlikeable personality and the whole thing is entirely too in love with itself.
