The last time I talked to my parents, Mom told me that their computer was acting up and wouldn't send or receive emails. I jokingly said,"That's what you get for visiting all those porn websites." Mom got all serious and replied,"Maybe you should tell your father that."  ? |

Oh man, I had to do this with my dad once, and after 5 minutes I think we both gave up and just simultaneously swore at the situation... ...although for slightly different reasons.   |

It's no better in person. My mom will get an email about her account and I'll say no, it's spam. She says then why would they email me. She'll believe a stranger but if I were to say anything, it's like I have to go through an interrogation.

I actually talked my mom through a problem in 5 minutes the other day. Unplugging then plugging the router back in actually worked for once!
