Well there you go, another late addition as we all predicted there would be to the MOTY/FREE Tv MOTY/Top 50 matches of WWE in 2013 thread(s)

When motivated, Orton is easily one of the top 10 in the ring. He'll always be less than special as a character, but when he gives a damn, he always puts on great matches.
Didn't see the match, but I have to wonder if Orton would prefer working with Bryan at Mania as opposed to Punk? Perhaps he kicked it into high gear for this match?

Has Orton ever beat Bryan clean? I think their first match was last year before SummerSlam and Bryan lost due to distraction.

The only thing I hated about that match was Cena coming out afterward. It was an excellent main.

Did Orton have any Match of the Year candidates before this one?

Did Orton have any Match of the Year candidates before this one? I'd probably nominate the no-DQ with Bryan and the matches with Cody and Goldust.

Amazing match.Def want Bryan vs Orton at Mania, no extra bullshit. All comes full circle, Orton was the one that started the "weak link" shit and he has yet to beat Bryan.

Did Orton have any Match of the Year candidates before this one? His match with Cody when he was still a jobber like in mid june was very good.

Even the ending was fantastic. Orton won with a DQ when everyone thought the Wyatts or The Authority were going to come in, they didn't. That was the first time in a while that a straight low blow was a satisfying ending, because it set up the possibility of Bryan getting a rematch. Also, he laid out both Cena and Bryan. For the first time in this angle, Orton is beginning to look like a serious threat.

Literally everything about this match was just spot on perfect. These guys have amazing chemistry together, they really brought out some excellent psychology, lots of great spots, great selling, fantastic ending...man. I cannot talk this match up enough.
And it's nice to see people praising Orton for once. He's been one of my favorite current guys for a long time now for a reason.

And just because someone has to mention it, the biting was hilarious.

I can't wait to buy the Best of Raw & Smackdown 2013 DVD/BR next year. Jesus, yet ANOTHER fantastic Raw match to add (presuming it makes the cut-off date).

Has Orton ever beat Bryan clean? I think their first match was last year before SummerSlam and Bryan lost due to distraction. The strongest he's looked against Bryan was in that Smackdown match two weeks back when he got an RKO/pinfall after the Wyatts distracted Bryan, and at the end of one Raw where he managed to get the upper hand during a brawl while Brie "acted". Aside from that, either he's won via interference, hit a sneak attack, or Bryan beat him.

Haven't seen the match, so I'm wondering, how does it compare to the No DQ match back in June?

I don't understand why their PPV matches always sucked so much because when they wrestle on Raw they tear the house down every single time.

Haven't seen the match, so I'm wondering, how does it compare to the No DQ match back in June? It's neck and neck. I'm tempted to give the edge to the NO-DQ match because that had a clean finish but this match was really really REALLY freaking good.
