I may have fallen Asleep watching tonight but he absolutely killed it tonight. Was he on more than once that I have to look it up?
Happy Holidays to you all!!!!! LMAO!!!!!!
I've always been a fan of his but admit to having never watched the JBL/Cole show. Is the gavel a new thing?

I like how they kind of turned it into a British Parliament type gimmick with the gavel.
That has potential to be very amusing down the road.

I like the sheer pleasure he has in being a dick to people. The man was born to be evil.
Or British.
Either or.

Barrett's doing well, but I'm still just kind of hung-up on wondering where this can possibly go outside of either being dropped entirely or ending in his release. So far they're not even treating him like an actual part of the roster, he's entirely screwing with the fans instead of delivering bad news to the other guys on the roster, and I just can't see any real potential payoff outside of him getting into a feud and going back to just being a directionless midcard heel once the Bad News Barrett segments stop. I could see something maybe being done with him being Triple H and Stephanie's spokesman for screwing faces over or something, but that's pretty unlikely and I still don't see how you could pay it off.

I did laugh at JBL loving the whole thing.

For some reason every time Bad News Barrett is introduced, for a brief second I think it's going to be Bad News Brown and get a little excited. Then I immediately realize he's been dead for years and get a little sad.

Glad they've added things to make it work at ringside. I still think that Barrett will start doing this in backstage segments soon.

The gavel needs to be louder.

Wade seems like a true pro who understands he should be a lot farther along than he is. He seems to be putting everything into this just like he tried with the Corre & the Barrage. Hopefully it turns into something good for him.
He really saw some bad luck when he was injured right before he was supposed to get the MITB briefcase.

This is so awful it's amusing to me, much like the Abraham Washington show was.

I've never liked Wade Barrett but I ended up loving Bad News Barrett after watching The JBL & Cole Show. It's so awkward the way they do it on Raw, though. I've said this before but they should just keep it with him popping up randomly backstage.
