Reigns/Biggie/Cesaro are the only 3 there who I give more than 50% of winning it.

Only Langston and Roman Reigns most likely one day, unless they separate the belts again. The days of Jack Swagger's, Del Rio's and Dolph's are over, though. The Ms. Congeniality belt is shelved.

Curtis Axel vs. Erick Rowan: a main event anywhere in the country!

Cesaro is the only one I truly consider worthy.
Others may come, but Cesaro is as ready as ever. That's a heel I would build around.

Now we don't have a world title I honestly don't see many people outside of the Cena/Orton/Punk/Bryan/Big Show/Henry circle winning it.
Its going to seriously cripple any upward movement for Ziggler/Langston/Cesaro/Ryback etc

Just going by a larger list...
Alex Riley Antonio Cesaro Bad News Barrett Big E. Langston Brad Maddox Bray Wyatt Brodus Clay Camacho Cody Rhodes Curt Hawkins Curtis Axel Damien Sandow Darren Young David Otunga Dean Ambrose Diego Drew McIntyre El Torito Erik Rowan Evan Bourne Ezekiel Jackson Fandango Fernando Goldust Heath Slater Hornswoggle Jey Uso Jimmy Uso Jinder Mahal JTG Justin Gabriel Kofi Kingston Luke Harper R-Truth Ricardo Rodriguez Roman Reigns Ryback Santino Marella Seth Rollins Sin Cara Tensai Titus O'Neil Tyson Kidd William Regal Xavier Woods Yoshi Tatsu Zack Ryder
I'd say the top 3 are Antonio Cesaro, Cody Rhodes, and Roman Reigns.
With guys like Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins, Big E Langston, Damien Sandow, Bray Wyatt, Fandango, and Bad News Barrett being in the maybe column.

I say these guys will end up being the main champions one day out of the full list. Definitely.
- Cody Rhodes - Antonio Cesaro - Big E. Langston - Dean Ambrose - Roman Reigns
People are forgetting that the WWE are heavily invested in Cody's character. He's homegrown, he's a great worker and he has ties in the business. Hell, a story came out not that long ago about the reason Goldust is even here is to propel Cody for the future. He's going to be one of their main guys down the line.
Cesaro is a going to be a star surely when his time comes.
Big E, well, with Cena pushing him needless to say it's easy to see him as being the next big African-American star.
Dean Ambrose is going to be THE heel of the future so we need a credible heel to grab the belt and he's perfect.
Roman Reigns, you already know how it is with him.
These next guys are going to be "maybes". I can potentially see them getting the main belt.
- Seth Rollins - Bad News Barrett - Damien Sandow - Kofi Kingston
Seth's best chance is getting a CM Punk/Christian type reign where he wins the big one after putting in work and the fans respect him for who he is. He won't have a long reign.
Barrett can be a huge heel if he keeps it up and given he keeps getting different gimmicks surely the WWE sees something in him.
Sandow's in the same position as Barrett. He has a chance.
Kofi is, and I'll say it again, a wildcard here. Big Show made a comment during an interview almost a year ago saying Kofi (and Wade) are right there on the level before moving up the card. Given how long Kofi's been with them I can see him winning similar to an Edge type way. Eventually he gets a shot and finally wins after putting in some work. I definitely saw him getting the WHC but since that belt is gone if he does win the main belt then it won't be long. V

Brodus Clay's a big guy with a distinctive look and he's delivered on the mic when given a chance. I think he certainly stands a chance of exceeding expectations with his upcoming heel run.

Reigns/Biggie/Cesaro are the only 3 there who I give more than 50% of winning it. Yeah I think those three are most likely. Wyatt, Rusev and Zayn all stand a good chance but their success will be heavily dependent on strong booking which doesn't bode well for them. Cody is an odd one as WWE clearly like him but I'd have thought he'd win a WHC when it was still around, that fact he didn't probably means he'll probably need a gimmick tweak to win the new belt. Luckily he proved that he's capable of that in his masked days and has his brother to draw inspiration from (seriously imagine Cody slowly losing his mind and being terrified he'll end up like Goldust). I don't think anybody else stands much chance, it will be an exclusive club for quite some time. Of course this is wrestling and you never know when a Ringmaster will become a Stone Cold and many are young enough to get their shot one day.

Big man, unique look. The right opponents have had good matches against him. New enough to still mostly be an unknown commodity. I don't think it's out of the question that he'd manage to catch fire with the right sort of monster heel push. Any big hoss has a chance to be a World Champion, no matter how awful he is. See The Great Khali. And this.
