Why not donate it to starving children in Africa? They get some good PR, secure a juicy tax write off, and secure a future customer base by getting kids in other countries that don't have McDonalds restaurants addicted to their food ahead of time. Or starving/homeless people in America? It seems like there should really be a simple solution here. We already got an obesity problem in this country, let's spread it around a little.

They were indeed too spicy. Which is weird for me to say because I do like spicy foods, but Mighty Wings didn't appeal to me. Although I really prefer the spicy foods that are saucy.

don't really see the point in them. Mcnuggets are fine, they don't need another chicken snack

I liked them ok, but they problems listed are all true. The wings were extremely spicy, and very expensive. I guess they were kinda on par with Buffalo wild wings in that regard, but BW3 has way more meat on their wings and not so much breading. Also, I gotta admit that KFC's spicy wings are far better and aren't (in my opinion) nearly as expensive either. It was a good experiment and all, and I'm happy that I at least tried them. But I think McDonalds is doing right by getting rid of them. I will agree with everything but the spicy level. Especially when the Southwest premium wrap was spicier, but also more flavorful.

The only thing I am talking away from this story is that there is a columnist named "Julie Jargon." Now I am not saying it's a fake story or writer, but with a name like that I would imagine she has a little bit of a hard time maintaining an air of journalistic credibility.

Call this man... He's a cleaner. He makes problems go away. Dammit Banjo, that's what I was going to post! Never had them, but to me there's no such thing as too spicy when it comes to wings. Are the bone in, or boneless? Either way, I'll take 5-6 lbs off their hands. For free, or at least 90% off.

Believe it or not I didn't get them BECAUSE I thought they weren't going to be spicy Awww, you should try to get some from your nearest McDonalds if they're still selling them. They're pretty good, and if you feel you need an even extra kick, they did offer the same sauces that they offer with the McNuggets/Chicken Selects.

Damnit, I loved them the few times I had them. I would eat them every day if I wasn't on a diet, and the price for a 10 piece down here were only $5.99.
P.S. They had one advantage, McD's actually had their wings. Everytime I go to KFC for Hot Wings, they either don't have them or it is a 10-15 minute wait. If I am going to wait, I will just go to the Wing Stop across the street.

"Spice: Thompson said the wings were too spicy for many customers' tastes."
This is why it's so hard to find something actually spicy that is marketed as spicy.

Their price was insane. Bunch of places around here have all you can eat chicken wings from 9.99 to around 14.99 depending on the night/location. And their wings are much meatier, with varied spices and sauces... and I can order beer.

I guess the wings didn't take off like they thought they would. At the time they sounded like something that would fly out of restaurants. Mighty Wings were a real soar spot for McDonalds. Whoever had that idea certainly won't consider it a feather in his cap Customers didn't give a cluck about Mighty Wings Okay, I'm done Some of these jokes are so bad, it's like you're just winging it. Of course I got to give you credit though, if it were me, I'd chicken out and not post those jokes. I hope you don't mind the criticism however, we don't need to get into a cock fight. Then again, guys who tell jokes like those get all the chicks. This makes me Hen-gry! ...sorry.

Way overpriced. I could get practically the same thing(and more of it) by getting chicken nuggets. basically what I was going to say. you could buy a box of frozen nuggets at the grocery store that'd last you a week or so for that price.

Ground them up, make them long patties, sell them as original chicken sandwiches, and give Burger King a taste of their own medicine.

These things did taste good. I'm just waiting for my Christmas bonus to be willing to spend the money on them again.
