Bus passengers give the beat down to potential miscreant

19 year old punk Trevonnte Brown finds himself in a world of hurt, literally. The 19 year old boarded a bus in Seattle, Washington and began terrorizing passengers as he pointed a gun at several of them in an attempt to rob them and then did so to the wrong individual. He fought back and then several other passengers joined in and began beating the crap out of the robber and held him until the authorities came. Brown was arrested and could face up to 15 years if convicted. Brown plead not guilty to the charges. Dude, you better watch the video, it doesn’t look like you were asking for directions.

Yeah, it's basically the "fight or flight" reflex. Some people's instinctive reaction when faced with immediate danger is to run away or at least try to stay as safe as possible, others immediately start punching. Good thing the robber obviously wasn't expecting the guy to actually fight back though or it could have gone ugly fast. I wonder if the guy took self-defense lessons though because the way he grabbed the robber's hand basically made it impossible for him to aim or even shoot easily.

One thing I find weird though is that nobody seems to notice the guy has a gun until he sticks it to the guy who fought back even though he already had it out and at least some of them must have seen it, and none of them looked shocked or scared until the brawl started. My best guess is that they didn't want to make a fuss because they feared he might start firing, but they don't even stop their normal activities.

I always enjoy vids like this of no good hoodlums getting what's coming to them. Hope the criminal thinks twice next time he considers pointing a gun at someone.

When I first watched, I felt bad for crutches lady because she seemed to terrified and hurt (I can make out her saying "he stepped on my foot" or something like that). Upon repeat viewings though, I think she's kinda dumb. She's a witness to an attempted armed robbery. I don't care that there's a bunch of other people on board, you stay where you are and answer any questions the police might have for you! Also, I have to agree with so many others on here...the guys are holding down a formerly armed robber who had a GUN. Your crap can wait until he's with the proper authorities!!
