Last year we had Bo Dallas enter the rumble, which was...less that successful, although it paid off in the long run, so I kinda hope they chuck a few guys in it this year.
Obvious choice is Sami Zayn, have him enter and show off some of his cool moves, maybe face off against Cesaro, mention their history and perhaps have him eliminate one of the Real Americans before the other ambushes him.
I'd also like to see Leo Kruger, just have him stalk people, chucking them out in moments of weakness before he gets caught out, play up the psycho character.
And finally, I wouldn't mind seeing Bo again, as long as they make mention of how much of a douche he's become and how last year's attempt went to his head.

Shame it probably wouldn't be Kruger. He's 'Adam Rose' now, apparently. For me, the obvious choices are Sami Zayn and Adrian Neville. Have Cesaro clear house so it's just him in the ring and that's when Sami comes out. They get a couple of minutes to themselves which should get Sami over. Follow that up with Swagger coming in, followed by Neville, and make a mid-Rumble tag match. Sami/Neville eliminate Swagger together then get pushed out by Cesaro. Impressive debut for the pair and instant tag-team feud post-Rumble.

Leo Kruger/Adam Rose. Partly because he should be at the front of the line based on being there for such a long period of time while being an outstanding performer. But also because if there's one guy that could make something out of a spot that gives you nothing, it's him. A lot of you people are acting like doing stuff in the rumble has got anyone over. Didn't work for Kofi or Morrison, and they were already established guys. Didn't work for Bo either. I've not seen Zayn or Neville in a position where they're not being given great chances to make something work. Zayn and Neville walked straight into the main event scene on NXT (helped by how most of the crowd seems to know who they are ahead of time), and they've justified that with their performances. But because they walked into their great spots on the card they've never needed to deal with not being in the spotlight. Kruger, on the other hand has.
Calling up Adrian Neville or Zayn for a 'do something cool' moment would A) pigeon hole them for anyone who remembers the spot and B) damn him to hell because he's not going to get any focus in the run up to 'Mania. Kruger made Skinner 2013 work, I'd trust him to make 'newbie who did something in the rumble' work better than anyone else in NXT. Making unlikely stuff work is kind of what he does. He made Skinner work in 2013 and (by all accounts) he's making the Adam Rose gimmick work in front of audiences smarky enough to start chants for 'that guy' and El Generico.

I want the ring to fill up and then have Bo Dallas come out in full troll mode. Everybody in the ring stops what they're doing and when Bo gets into the ring, he gets crowd surfed right back out Muhammad Hassan style.

Gotta be Breeze. That would be so perfect as everyone looks at him with a WTF expression then they all join together and eliminate him.
Or Sami Zayn just because he's awesome.
