Its true, he's still slightly green, but he's improved a lot since his initial matches. He's become a perfectly acceptable power wrestler. He does need some more charisma, but maybe hanging out with Henry will help him in that respect.

He's the #2 champ now. And he has plenty of unspoiled match-ups. His next six months will be extremely, extremely crucial to his career. He can fly all the way to the top of the mountain, or he can wallow in mid-card hell for the next ten years.
He has all the tools, he has the opportunity. It's just up to him.

I agree with everyone who says he doesn't get a chance to use his charisma.
Being a bud of Cena will hopefully give him more screentime to use it. Big E's Twitter and Instagram is perfect proof of it. Once he gets a chance to show his true self then he will explode. He reminds me of where Rock was when he was IC champ before he had a chance to show his true self. Once Big E gets that time then man, he's going to be a major player.
