I've tried distracting her with food, play, cuddle time and walks but she keeps scratching at the closet door. She knows there's something in there for her and she won't let it go. Advice?

Put it in a place she can't reach.

I hide Chuck's in a closet as soon as I get them. He does know which Christmas stocking is his though. I know this because it's the only one he ever checks out. Every. Single. Morning. LMAO, too smart!!!
Edit: Not sure how to keep her away from the closet. Can you put a chair in front of it or something so she can't scratch the door anymore?

She's a Shih Tzu/Terrier/Poodle mutt. It's not that big a deal, but she does break my gaming focus with it.

People buy Christmas presents for pets? I was unaware of this. Why? Dog doesn't know it's Xmas.
No judgment to anyone, this had just never occurred to me as something people did.

Pee on the closet. She'll consider it your territory and won't come near it.
