I'll always try the creeper first. Ex. Voldo in Tekken, Basara in SS 2, Eddie/Zato GG, Arakune in BB, etc.

Option #1 and Option #2 are the same thing. *blinks* Usually, but not always, in Street Fighter 3, Alex, the wrestler, was the main character over any of the generic martial artists. King of Fighters has generic martial artists in Ryo and Takuma, but Kyo/Iori/K'/Crimson are the main characters.

Mortal Kombat: Rayden, sometimes Liu Kang or Johnny Cage.
Fatal Fury: Terry Bogard. KOF: Terry's full team.
Soul Calibur: Kilik.

Bruisers that are deceptively fast and speedsters that aren't too jumpy.

Which ever one reminds me the most of Antonio Cesaro. Do you use a ruler to measure nipple size?

The speedy guy/girl, I like for the fight to be over before you even realise what happened.

Chun-Li for Street Fighter Johnny Cage for Mortal Combat
Chun-Li's the easiest to use. Johnny Cage I pick just for the ability to jump and land in a split, then punch a guy in the balls. You don't win any fights that way, but it makes me laugh to the point I don't care.

I am usually open to whoever, but for some reason, I have a thing for picking female characters.
