NO......give it to someone you think is ready to be called up. I think the idea of CJ Parker not being ready is what he means. Call up someone and purposely have them flop so they can be retooled the way that Bo was. Bo's current gimmick would not work if he were actually good. His entire schtick hinges on the idea that he's a subpar talent and other wrestlers like Sami Zayn and Adrian Neville are better and more deserving of opportunities than him.

While I think it would be funny to see CJ parker dance down and eitehr get Scotty 2 Hotty'd or instantly eliminated(because booking cares about keeping the IC champ strong it seems). I think it would be a better idea to have someone near the top of the card get a fair run at it. I'm thinking Leo Kruger, because I think Bo and Sami have passed the point where a rumble spot would benefit them more than an angle.
If he didn't debut before hand, I would have said Xavier Woods.
