I think it's time for sting to go "evil crow". Let's push the boundaries on how sick and demented he is.
I say he kidnaps all the wrestlers children and holds them ransom in his basement for another title shot.

Sting starts acting strange so Jeff Hardy gets suspicious of him, takes peyote to go on a vision quest and sees Sting slowly turning into an evil scorpion. Once Jeff returns to the waking world he tries to alert TNA but no one believes him and they all scorn him for falling off of the wagon even though he went to the spirit world under the guidance of a Native American shaman. Meanwhile Sting begins to take great joy in doling out punishment to heels, becoming more sadistic as time passes all the while denying Jeff's claims and saying that he is just giving the bad guys some of their own medicine. Until one day Sting has a complete mental break and destroys Jeff and begins speaking in jibberish. Sting then proceeds to begin to brutalize everyone until Jeff recovers and returns to the spirit world to recover the Black Scorpion talisman and bring that to the waking world which is the only way to remove the evil from Sting. They have a match and at some point Jeff jams the talisman into Sting's mouth which releases the evil from his being, the lights go down and there's a light show symbolizing the release of evil. Then the lights come back up and Sting thanks Jeff and shakes his hand. Jeff then lays him out with a chair shot because it's Sting and that's what you do. Jeff then looks at the camera with 'Thriller' eyes.
*the trips to the spirit world will be documented in vignette form.
Give me the book, TNA, I'm ready!

He busts a face up and then uses some of their blood to paint his make-up on.

After trusting himself implicitly for years, he double-crosses himself and brutally beats himself down.

Heel Sting would be constantly attempting to double cross opponents, but in Peanuts/Calvin & Hobbes esque fashion.

The part in bold made me laugh uncontrollably for a solid minute. This angle would get me to watch TNA.

After trusting himself implicitly for years, he double-crosses himself and brutally beats himself down. I know this post is a joke, and a funny one at that, but Steve Borden is such an obscenely talented performer, I can see him actually pulling this off an making it legit good, unironicly compelling television.
