Remember hearing this way before I got the internet in 2000. Not sure where it was but I remember it coming off as if it was Goldust's idea. I've always heard the story as Goldust's idea too. Let me look and see if he mentions it in his book. 6:47 *begins searching book* 7:00 *Finish* I don't see any mention of it in the parts where it should be chronologically. The book is more about his drug addiction than wrestling, but I thought that'd be an example of drugs clouding his judgment that'd be included in the book. It doesn't appear to be. So I'll share an out of context line from the book: Savio (Vega) said, "Spin me around, turn around, and just shake your butt in my crotch."

About the Madigan meeting, I just envision Vince going home and just sitting at the edge of his bed for the rest of the day after hearing that. Just staring at the wall.

That's exactly how I've always pictured it. Just getting up and backing out all the way to his limo, onto the plane, getting back to his mansion, turning the shower on, getting in fully clothed and just curling up.

Russo mentions it in his book. Apparently they told Dustin they wanted to end the Golddust character. Fearing that was the prelude to the notorious "creative has nothing for you" axe Dust told Russo out of desperation to tell Vince that for a million bucks he'd get implants. Vince thought that wasn't a bad idea but one of them backed out. The real question was who backed out first.

I just envision Madigan pitching the whole thing like Jeff and Pierce's presentation in Spanish 101 with inter cuts of everybody's reaction. Especially Heyman.

I've heard it before. Considering he wore a jumpsuit, couldn't they have just made changes to his attire? Why do things easy when you can have invasive, unnecessary surgery?
