Coco is a lovely character  I wish she had a better name though (in Before Deal with it) I anticipate a lot of CocoXRarity artwork coming, some of which won't be able to be posted here  |

"Rarity Takes Manehattan"...gets a 9/10 from me.
What I liked about this episode:
-This was a really good character development episode for Rarity. Her strong character traits were portrayed, she realized what was most important quickly and felt sorry for it in a believable manner and she was just fun to watch all episode long. Really liked her in this.
-Suri Polomare came off as an effective villain by being pretty minimalist. Took advantage of Rarity's generosity and was being a pretty high-class asshole all around. Definitely refreshing to see a villain that is not all mighty and powerful but actually pretty low-key.
-Love the place of Manehattan. Background ponies, the scenery, the references (those I could get anyway. Don't know what the deal is with that Grumpy Cat guy. Is that a reference I should know?)...everything looked nice.
-The song was pretty good in getting Rarity's character across. Not the best song ever but nice.
What I didn't like about this episode:
-The whole faux drama with Rarity having to stay at Manehattan for a while felt superfluous. Would it have changed anything if Coco had just entered after Henny Of The Hills was finished? I think not.
-I know what you all wrote so far and it sounds good and all...but personally, I would like for the keys to appear spread out over the season instead of showing up all at the end. I was really expecting a key and eagerly awaited what was in Coco's present...then got a rainbow thread. I know what it could represent but still...
Overall, 9/10 it gets.
