I like how the biggest revelation in this post is that Spike want to drop TNA for WWE (as they did with ECW) and no one seems to care. I was impressed than that wasn't posted on the TNA forum. If that happened, which channel will want to pick TNA?

If Spike dumped TNA, TNA is dead. It is literally the only thing that's keeping the company alive at this point.

I'd be interested to see if WWE would be willing to purchase TNA if this was to come through. They need content for their network.
But yeah, if this is the case and they do sign with Spike again, that's not gonna look good for TNA's future. Their sole worth is Spike Tv.

What if WWE doesn't care about TNA being on the network at all? Would that mean Spike could shoehorn WWE talent onto TNA and vice versa to spike ratings? In a world of 1% chances of course, could this leave the possibility of Belltor, TNA and WWE all cross promoting and working together?

The End of TNA will be nigh depending on what Panda Energy decides to do if Spike walks, who are their sole worth as far as a national presence. Odds are they would be quickly sold off to a willing buyer and they'd stagger around for a while as a literal indy.

In a world of 1% chances of course, could this leave the possibility of Belltor, TNA and WWE all cross promoting and working together? Only company WWF played nice with was ECW. Even when TNN acquired the rights for Raw and was dropping ECW to make room, WWF asked them to keep ECW on the network. TNA on the other hand is a much different story. They might be cool with shilling Bellator on their shows but they aren't going to work with TNA nor give them tv time on their show. And Spike cares more about Bellator than Impact so if WWE said they'll come to the station only if you got rid of TNA, Spike will do it in a second. Only way WWE would keep Impact on the same network as them is if they brought the company and I don't see that happening any time soon.

In a shocking twist it is revealed that since Spike is paying for a few of the top stars' contracts that they actually have ownership of those guys and will now be using them in WWE instead.

So basically this means he's due for another really bad business venture! PRO BASS FISHING BUT WITH FACES AND HEELS, IT'LL DRAW HUGE LETS DO IT Vince: "WE'RE TAKING ANGLES TO A WHOLE NEW LEVEL!!!" *six weeks later*Assistant: "Mr. McMahon, it's happened again." McMahon: "I demand a paternity test." Assistant: "No. The blimp with the XBF logo deflated again. This time over a Wendy's with people inside." McMahon: "Did anyone die?" Assistant: "No." McMahon: "Woohoo! Two blimp crashes, no casualties. Let's have sex to celebrate!" *eight weeks later*Network Executive: "Mr. McMahon, I got some bad news." McMahon: "I demand a paternity test." Executive: "No. The ratings for Xtreme Bass Fishing are absolutely terrible. Just abysmal. Worst I've ever seen." McMahon: "Correction. XBF doesn't stand for anything. Like the WWE. Or KFC. Or CPR." Executive: "I don't care. Call it what you want. We're cancelling it. Reruns of 'Living Single' on BET are doing better numbers." McMahon: "Isn't that the show that's like 'The Golden Girls' only instead of old white women, it's young, vivacious black women? I loved that show. What channel is that on again?" *four weeks later*Shareholder: "So what went wrong with your bass fishing company?" McMahon: "Nothing went wrong. It's just viewers weren't ready for it. If we had put this show out ten years from now, it would have been the biggest thing on television." Shareholder: "Didn't you say the same thing about the XFL about twelve years ago?" McMahon: "I did." Shareholder: "So when's the XFL coming back?" McMahon: "When you get a girlfriend." *McMahon hops onto the Sexy Bitch and sails off into the ocean*

I still love that Vince called his yacht "Sexy Bitch". The man is a genius, and I don't give a damn what any of you say!

Is this NEWZ? How trustworthy is 411mania? Because it seems absurd that they're above a billion due to stuff that hasn't happened yet. They've been trying to launch the network for 4 years now and no one knows what kind of deal they're going to get. Didn't Steph recently sell off a bunch of her stocks? Not sure how stocks work but couldn't this change any minute even if it is true?

He's a millionaire who should be a billio-oh, never mind. Well that sure has shut CM Punk up now hasn't it.. Punk was right he's a billionaire again cause he no longer surrounds himself with glad handed, nonsensical, douchebag yes men like John Laurinaitus.

It's never going to be money he'll see unless he sells the company. It could be worth eleventy-trillion for all the difference it makes. What matters is personal wealth and how much spare capital the business has.
If you have a business worth $1bn and capital of about 12m - unless you sell the business you've 'only' got 12m to spend on purchases etc.
Wiki says WWE's profit is $99m. Hardly shabby but if he wants to do anything, unless he borrows from the banks - that's how much he's got to do it with. Whether the company is worth isn't relevant as it'd never be sold and that's the only time that figure means anything - if said asset is sold.
