Punk was right he's a billionaire again cause he no longer surrounds himself with glad handed, nonsensical, douchebag yes men like John Laurinaitus. The idiot daughter and doofus son in law are in charge now, so at least Punk has that. A 400 pound monster Brodus Clay no longer soils his hands touching children so he can shuck & jive for ya. An imaginary child Little Jimmy is no longer better positioned on the flagship show than a workhorse like Tyson Kidd. And if he's indeed joined the Wyatt's a serious submission machine like Daniel Bryan will no longer belittle himself with catchphrases. Punk is Nostradamus.

I like how the biggest revelation in this post is that Spike want to drop TNA for WWE (as they did with ECW) and no one seems to care. I was impressed than that wasn't posted on the TNA forum. If that happened, which channel will want to pick TNA? BET?

The closest ghing to a black person on Impact is Norv Fernum. So white that it almost goes full circle? Yeah...pretty much.

As many others have said, this is all projected wealth and gain from investments that have not even happened yet. Its all speculation based on best case scenarios in A) getting a huge TV rights fee offer for the bulk of their content like legitimate sports, and B) whether the network is a success. Neither of these things are even close to being certainties for a number of reasons, however.

Isn't the TV rights being up and the Network launching the underlying reasons that WWE stock has doubled, and the WWE stock doubling is the actual reason for the company now being worth over a billion??

Yes, and I'm lucky I own a bit of stock on the account of that. But I'm still weary (and they should be too), because this gain is based entirely off projection, and could and will plummet rapidly if these ventures do not succeed. Right now, its an anomaly, and the market is responding in turn. Keep in mind, WWE's stock has risen and peaked before on the onset of things that eventually became disasters.

Could've been more if they'd finally release the Ice Cream Bars.

I guess the debate was one more of semantics. The fickleness of the market, etc.

What if WWE doesn't care about TNA being on the network at all? Would that mean Spike could shoehorn WWE talent onto TNA and vice versa to spike ratings? In a world of 1% chances of course, could this leave the possibility of Belltor, TNA and WWE all cross promoting and working together? I doubt WWE would do any cross promotion at all, but them sharing a network with another wrestling company isn't unprecedented. during the Monday Night Wars, WWE and WCW both aired on TSN up here (WCW was delayed until tuesdays).
