....I bet Stone cold would've done this at his peak...oh wait yeah, it's not like Austin ever falsely joined an evil group at the peak of his popularity.... And didn't most people crap all over that as well?

Honestly, I'd rather have this than a thousand more matches with Bryan vs 1, 2, or all 3 members of the Shield then more Orton matches with screwy retarded endings. They ran that into the ground in the fall, change it up a little. Then there should've been a few more heels in the Authority's ranks for Bryan to work with so that he wouldn't be constantly working with the Shield. Barrett seemed to be in the Authority's pocket before the work visa issues came up. Ryback and Axel need something of substance to do post-Heyman. Brad Maddox is a wrestler. Use him. Even if it's just a glorified jobber squash, use him. Big Show should've turned heel on Bryan instead of trying to have him usurp Bryan's rightful spot. And what happened with Random-Alex-Riley-in-a-Suit? While I personally think that his in-ring quality will regress if he goes heel, Riley would be a solid addition to the Authority if they presented him as a fan favorite tweener who's allied with the heels, akin to RVD during the Invasion. And let's not forget turning Mark Henry face just for the sake of putting That's What I Do on a t-shirt and giving Brock Lesnar someone big to lift. The Wyatt program should've gone no further than Survivor Series at most. Bryan should've vanquished the monsters and moved on. well as you said Barrett had work visa issues, which likely means they meant for it to happen. Bryan had worked with Ryback several times over the summer Big Show was not being used to take Bryan's spot. The WWE has had Rock and Austin and Mankind face at the same time in the past and more very over faces

All this over him wearing coveralls. Imagine the outrage if he came out to the arena wearing cut up jorts and rocking a mullet haircut.

Are they coveralls that don't quite "cover all"?

so, were there any sort of negative chants?
How about "This is stupid!" "We want refunds!"
I mean I don't think WWE is killing Bryan's push and I don't think this will end in disaster, but I wouldn't mind if fan reaction killed it early

His shirt needs to say "Vince demoted me to the midcard despite being massively over and all I got was this lousy outfit"

I don't think the Wyatts are a cult, but just a group of bluecollar mechanics. They'll kidnap you, brainwash you, probably sodomise you, and they'll also do an oil change, check your tyre pressure, and repair any cracks in your windshield. New theme song: Well you got caught with a flat Well how 'bout that Well babies don't you panic By the light of the night It'll all seem alright I'll get you a Satanic mechanic

yeah, it's not like Austin ever falsely joined an evil group at the peak of his popularity.... And didn't most people crap all over that as well? I doubt they even had time to, it lasted about 10 minutes. Unless Bryan is out of the Wyatt Family by the end of Raw next week, it's not a good comparison. But again, Bryan isn't a Stone Cold Steve Austin type. He's a different character and he's being written differently.

You know, when he joined the Wyatts on Raw this week I thought there was some potential for comedy gold wrestlecrap and these pictures and the description of this house show only justify my thoughts. This is going to be hilariously horrible. And no, I don't think he is falsely joining them. The storyline WWE is going for is that Bryan is going to be brainwashed by Bray Wyatt, but eventually regains his soul. In the meantime, we get Duke Droese.

....I bet Stone cold would've done this at his peak...oh wait yeah, it's not like Austin ever falsely joined an evil group at the peak of his popularity.... I vividly remember that, Austin joined McMahon and spent the better part of a year and a half in suits and cutting serious promos..... *hmm? I'm being told in my ear piece it lasted less then 15 minutes and Austin tore off the suit and beat down McMahon.
