I figure that Cena will end his career at a Wrestlemania (barring an injury) So who would retire him? HBK retired Flair, Taker retired HBK, Edge had his last match with Del Rio (Although that wasnt meant to be his retirement match). I think that either Orton or Punk should retire him. Or maybe Roman Reings/Big E if they are big enough stars

IMO, Punk or Bryan.

It doesn't feel like Cena is EVER going away.

I don't see Cena having a true last match because sadly I see him being forced to retire early due to surgery like Edge.
If it did get his moment it should be whoever his best friend in the business is.

Yeah, I imagine it'll be a forced retirement, not one he decides on. And, if so, it could literally be anyone.
Though if he did somehow end up having a retirement match, I think it should either be a long time rival like Punk or Brock that puts him down or somebody that they're building to be a big evil like an Ambrose or a Luke Harper.

He'll be around until his body crumbles. Punk for sure will be long gone by then.

Nobody. He's never going to retire. It'll be like Bear Bryant, he won't be able to survive out of the business.

Hornswoggle! That way people will be happy when Cena wins.
To be serious, I'd like to see Edge come out of retirement to have a final match with Cena at Wrestlemania. Cena has years left and maybe by then Edge could get something that would allow him to have one final match.

That's what I was about to say. Supposedly WWE thinks he's gonna be their "new" Cena.

One of the Make-a-Wish kids who wound up being cured who Cena turned down due to being overbooked. He'll go rogue and wreck Cena at Wrestlemania 40 in an act of vengeance. His finisher will be the Wish Breaker, which is just the fancy neckbreaker thing Sandow used to do.

Someone either brand new right now or someone not even in WWE right now. We have at the very least 6 or 7 years to speculate.

Triple H
Afterward during the retirement ceremony, Trips will say he did "What's best for business!" and MC the whole shindig making sure plenty of moments of their interactions are shown.
