It's well-acknowledged that they're together.
But she was going after AJ, I think, so she had more to do than stand ringside every week. Personally, I wish they didn't acknowledge their relationship - it limits storylines.

After the Wyatts carried DB off the first time, I think the very next segment was The Bellas fawning over a guest host. Like an immediate cut to them backstage.
