The Show/Lesnar confrontation reminded me they have some history, but then I thought "who really is Show's big rival?". Most of the big stars have some one they have established as their biggest nemesis, and Show has consistently hovered around in the same area of the main event scene as Austin, Rock, Punk, Sheamus, Orton, Cena, Bryan, etc.
I think it's probably Boss Man based on the time and energy put in, or Sheamus on the quality of matches.

Hulk Hogan, back when he was supposed to be Andre the Giant's son.

I loved the rivalry with Lesnar the most, outside of the comical entertainment of The Big Boss Man feud. The sight of Lesnar throwing around Big Show around, Show stealing Heyman from Lesnar & the ring breaking were all great moments.

Cena, Angle, Lesnar
Those are my 3 guesses without thinking about it too much.

Low ceilings.
But seriously, out of those listed, my favorite feud he had was with Sheamus.

John Cena, for the two dozen different occasions in which he gave the AA To Big Show, when we all weren't sure he could.

Other: HHH, who broke his hand a few years ago and made his life a living hell last year. Or something. I don't care, cause it's Big Show.

Lesnar.
Lesnar had a number of good feuds, but Big Show was my favorite. Big Show has had a huge number of really dull feuds, but I was completely into his feud with Lesnar.

Seriously, it's pretty sad that a so-bad-it's-good memetastic filler feud against a washed-up midcarder that happened well over a decade ago is the most memorable angle Big Show's been involved in after over eighteen years as a major pro wrestling star. Even compared to other guys at the same level, Kane has his iconic rivalry with the Undertaker, and Rey's big nemesis was Eddie Guerrero. Big Show's got nothing that comes close to either of those.
