I'm certain Vince has worn red before.
Maybe it was a Lord Alfred Hayes or even Bobby the Brain outfit...?

Judging by how his hair was slicked back, my guess would be yes.

I thought it was Lord Alfred, didn't he wear that red a bunch?
I thought Cole was trying to be Vince
Either way, it was awesome.

...because the blazer's meant to be powder blue. Vince wore red a few times - his LJN figure had red on.

Yes, the combo of the outfit and the hair made him look eerily like McMahon.

i think he made a comment near the start of the show about the hair was done up "in a way worn by a former commentator here"

He wore yellow blazers as well, and a couple of other colors here and there. Red wasn't uncommon.

I thought he was dressed as the assistant manager of a McDonalds, but just flipped his "M" upside down.

Pretty sure it was Vince, he even said he didn't want to mess up his pompadour.

JBL or Cole also said something about how he's dressed like a former commentator who said "debacle" alot.
Vince said "total debacle!" in the Wrestlemania Arcade Game, but I can't remember him saying it on actual WWF shows... "What a maneuver!" would've been more apt.

His smile during the at-the-desk segments was profoundly unsettling, and caused his face to wrinkle like that mock-up of Luke Perry on The Simpsons.
