She got a bit better, but again, when people say that, myself included, we're all grading on a curve. Kaitlyn was ok, but she was just a faceless random chick that WWE hired. And once again, another random faceless chick without any talent goes out the door and leaves the wrestling industry forever.
It's sad. WWE has produced some decent in house talents, and when they get let go, they're likely sticking around. Hell, Derrick Bateman was pretty much all WWE trained, and now he's doing pretty well for himself in TNA. With the women, at least in the past few years, nobody cares. They're women. Just throw them out there. And they "improve" because they don't screw up as much as they used to. I consider some of the talented NXT divas like Emma and Paige to be more over then the girls on the roster and I'm dead serious.
I don't know. I guess I feel a departure sucks when the person actually has talent and could really contribute to the company. Derrick Bateman could have contributed. Trent Baretta could have contributed. Chris Hero could have contributed. Kaitlyn? One less diva for random tag matches, that's all. Bring in someone else.

She was much much better than people would love to believe, or admit.

Damn, this news was hit me like a punch to the stomach (or a spear perhaps?). WWE's Divas division will suck a bit more without Kaitlyn around.

I mean let's be realistic here, the audience in general won't notice or even care that Kaitlyn is gone. With the exception of Lita & Trish Stratus, when was the last time when a woman on the roster got released that anyone even noticed? The divas are expendable due to how badly booked the women's division is. Kaitlyn has a great build & is attractive, but as a wrestler she was pretty mediocre.

True, but just because she knew some moves doesn't make her good either. She was okay at best. And Kelly Kelly is one of the worst of all time. I don't think anyone can defend her due to how awful she was.

That sucks. The diva division is depleted. At least this probably means one of the excellent divas from NXT is going to get called up. That or Eva Marie push Fixed

Whether people disagree with how good she was in the ring or not, what you can't disagree with is her personality. Out of all the Divas that's come out in the past 10 years Kaitlyn has stood out. She has a personality. She was different, unique, quirky, funny, she was face from being a nameless faceless Diva. We've seen tons of Divas come and go but most of them didn't have personality and if they did they didn't stand out near like Kaitlyn did regardless of their storylines.
That's one thing you can't take away from her.

Kaitlyn will be missed her feud with AJ was a great one, the best story line the Divas division have had for a long time. I will miss cheering for her and seeing her spear. Her spear was the best move in the division.

I do hope that since she seems to have left on decent terms, she'll reappear at some point, as the Bellas have. Pity to see her go, though.
