So apparently most of USA has turned into Antarctica, and we've been getting the run-off effect in the UK of there being ridiculous amounts of rain
Officially f*** you nature

Ironically enough, my neck of the plains (Saskatchewan) got the worst weather a few days ago but we're predicted to be in the single digit negatives next week. So take that rest of the world who laughs at Canadas winter weather.

It's a tougher winter than we've had in recent years, but what can you do? You layer, therm up, grab your gloves and your beanie and look forward to the summer... where it'll be way too hot.
I'm sick of this winter because of how much press it's getting like this has literally never happened before. It's not the blizzard of 2014 where planes are grounded, trucks and trains can't move and everybody's just stuck it's just colder outside than most people would like.
We're a bunch of babies.

And yet over here in France it's absurdly warm for an alleged "winter". We are seriously having an early-spring weather. It's been around 14°c* for about a week and I frequently feel hot with a jacket.
*to give you an idea, normal early-January temperatures around here should be around 0°C.

I had to endure sub-zero temperatures, a foot of snow, falling on my ass, and knowing an alleycat got killed by a pitbull.
How was your week?

I live in Northwest Indiana, and we got hit last weekend with like a foot and a half of snow, plus -50 wind chills, the entire region was in a state of emergency for a few days. I have a huge field behind my house and I had big plans tomorrow to use as much snow as possible to make a giant snowman. Tonight its +40 and raining, effectively melting away all the snow, along with all my hopes and dreams.
