I had to walk the dumpsters out through a pile of slushy snow in some light rain, then just as I was ALMOST past the grass and to where I could push it on the driveway, it began downpouring. Ugh.

It's a tougher winter than we've had in recent years, but what can you do? You layer, therm up, grab your gloves and your beanie and look forward to the summer... where it'll be way too hot. I'm sick of this winter because of how much press it's getting like this has literally never happened before. It's not the blizzard of 2014 where planes are grounded, trucks and trains can't move and everybody's just stuck it's just colder outside than most people would like. We're a bunch of babies. Our streets were just covered with about 2 inches of compressed snow and ice, and that's AFTER the plow (one plow Sunday night) came through, pushing the other 10 inches up against our cars and forcing us to dig them out in -20 (-45 with wind chill) temperatures. Thanks to the rain, I can see asphalt for the first time in over a week. This mayor is taking a lot of heat for doing jack-crap about the situation.
