Anyone else find him super interesting. He was mentioned on the Howard Stern show about a week ago and I remembered how fun his old interviews on that show were. Also, Howard mentioned there was a book released about him a long time ago that Tim sued over. Anyone know what book it is exactly? I wouldn't mind reading it, but I tried looking it up and there were a few Tim books. The one Howard mentioned sounded interesting so I would want to buy the right one.

I remember seeing him at a young age on the King's Court. Had no idea who they guy was and I was a little confused by his name, the only Tiny Tim I knew at the time being from A Christmas Carol. But I also remember they tried using him as a vehicle to get the people to start calling Lawler the "Dairy Queen" rather than the Burger King. That name originally thought up by Bret Hart. Then I remember Lawler smashing his Ukulele and Tiny Tim proceeding to act like an old grandma who stumbled onto some porn by mistake.

I saw him at the bottom of his career playing Tiptoe Through the Tulips at a cheap circus. I had no clue who the guy was, but man people flocked to get his autograph.

Lawler's intro was hilarious: "I'd like to introduce one of the greatest singers of all time. But instead, I'm going to introduce Tiny Tim."

He's one of my favorite musicians of all time. "God Bless Tiny Tim" is such a great album.

I thought the thread title said "musical" I was looking forward to that.
My dad turned me on to Tiny Tim as he had God Bless Tiny Tim and it's one of my favorite albums.
Since then I got to see him on Laugh In and I think he was the real deal, as opposed to the Andy Kaufman comparison.
There's an old E! True Hollywood story on him

I legit adore his Christmas album. I consider his take on "I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus" the definitive version. Really captures the childlike wonder the song's supposed to convey:
