Did Twitter just change its look again?

I don't know if this is just new to my end or not, but I literally left Twitter for maybe a minute, and upon coming back, it looks like this.



Looks like some things are far bigger, and a lot of stuff is rather squished. I don't know if I really like it, but then again, it's been a while since there was such a massive look change on Twitter.
