Oh, no question about it. At worst, he'll get a fine, have to attend some AA meetings, and be put on probation, but he's not gonna be serving any jail time. Of course not, plain and simple he wouldn't be safe in jail. He'd get murdered by someone looking to gain infamy. Best we could hope for is house arrest. He could still go to jail he just wouldn't be put in general population. |

How come regular people would get years in jail for that sort of shit and this wanker gets off easy, yeah fame can get you to weasel your way out of anything, the dude could assault a grandmother, do a drive by shooting and rob a bank all in the same day and he'd still only get a fine.

I also know plenty of people that drag race around here late at night (or used to before the cops started setting up radars there.) not a single one ever did it under the influence.
