I.E. The Rock vs. Austin, HHH vs. Taker.
The only pairing that I would like to see do a Mania Trilogy currently is Punk vs. Bryan. The match really hasn't been done to death in WWE like a lot of other pairings and I think Punk and Bryan both have enough gas left in the tank to do a proper trilogy. Okay, Punk might have to come back as a part-timer sometime down the line and finish it so the matches are spaced out enough, but I think the point stands. Plus, the two have arguably the best chemistry of any two opponents in the WWE currently IMHO.

Punk/Bryan Punk/Cena Bryan/Cena
Those are the only three I can think of that would have a really big fight feel to them AND provide really good matches at the same time. You could have Rock/Cena again if you just wanted the former (but we all know how much they sucked the other times) and you could have Ziggler/Cesaro etc. if you just wanted the latter but the combinations of Punk/Bryan/Cena are the only one's I can think of that would fulfill both criteria needed for a truly legendary trilogy of 'Mania matches.

There isn't anyone. Everyone has been around too long or wrestled each other too often.

The Rock / John Cena III - This is just for the sake of being the rubber match. Both guys are top level and while they don't need to go on last, I think the match would still go over well. And with the Rock appearing at another Mania, it wouldn't hurt ticket sales any. It satisfies the whole part-timer thing and gives Cena something to do, freeing up others to potentially move up the ladder.
Daniel Bryan / Sheamus III - An actual match, regardless of who comes out on top. Just let them wrestle an actual match and give the people who lost their shit over "18 seconds" a small reprieve and possibly earn Sheamus a few more fans. They work well together and I think if the heel/face dynamic were pushed the right way, both characters come out looking better than before as well. I think that no matter who gets the eventual 1-2-3, both come out looking good at the top tier.
Roman Reigns / Dolph Ziggler - While Ziggy isn't exactly a favorite of mine, I think (main event level) Roman Reigns would work well with Ziggler over the span of a trilogy. Ziggler's selling would definitely make the big guy look good while the WWE could potentially have Ziggler go over without "damaging" one of their home-grown hosses. Again, everybody wins regardless of who takes the best out of three.
Brock Lesnar / Kurt Angle - I thought their first match was good and I think if Angle were to come back with the same kind of schedule Lesnar has and not be worked "too" hard, his health would hold up. And with Lesnar working a more aggressive style now, I believe it would translate into a much different match than before. The second match would be for the sake of nostalgia (despite Angle not really being an "old" star) while the third could be a legit rivalry ender. Something along the "settle things once and for all" lines.
Daniel Bryan / CM Punk - This one would be for a couple reasons. The main one being that the two of them work well together and most of the appreciation from their fans stems from their actual matches, moreso than character. A lot of people hated '434 Days' Punk but still loved his ringwork, which is why a long-standing rivalry would be good for them both because it takes the "tier" argument out of the equation and nobody has to worry about them being booked at the "proper level" and are free to just enjoy the match itself. The smarks would love it and it frees up the WWE to do what they want with guys like Orton and Cena without worrying about issues like they have with Bryan's fans right now - at least for a couple years.

None. Unless it's a huge match (Rock/Austin) nobody should wrestle the same person three times at Mania. I'd prefer it if they took their three biggest draws and had them wrestle each other at three consecutive Manias like they used to.
Mania V- Savage vs Hogan Mania VI- Hogan vs Warrior Mania VII- Warrior vs Savage
Mania XII- HBK vs Bret Mania XIII- Bret vs Austin Mania XIV- Austin vs HBK
Imagine if they had Punk vs Cena last year, they could then have done Cena vs Bryan this year and finished it up with Bryan vs Punk next year. That works better I feel.
