I really don't think anyone comes close at the moment in terms of pure athletic ability Io is the best. Not to mention that she's a very solid technical wrestler and striker , speaks English fluently, and is pretty attractive to boot.
If I were a wrestling promoter in the US i'd try and sign as I feel she'd have a Rey Mysterio in wcw like effect on American women's wrestling ( on a smaller scale obviously)

Io and her sister, Mio, are my favorites in Japan. Love to see her work in the states but isn't she blackballed with Nosawa for drugs?
