Still can't access old Big Four shows, but in looking through I noticed they have finally added the WCW and ECW stuff, as well as some of the Raw and SmackDown episodes and documentaries and all of that that they've added but haven't actually had listed for awhile on there.
They're not in the PPVs section - instead they're in Vault. No idea why that is but at least they're there. You also have to sort by year instead of by what show it is.
Edit: Okay, and now on going back they've disappeared on me. They were there, I swear. Might be something they're still implementing - the system froze on me trying to back out of having turned on one show, then on going back into the WWE Network thing they're gone now.
