So I got a second free trial after canceling my first one. For those who did not follow my story last time, I could never get it to work right--beyond one Stone Cold Documentary. I called tech support roughly 8-10 times only to get hung up on and told several different things.
The error I always got was something alongside "Content not available" or, in the case of Internet Explorer, WWE.com would never recognize that I even ordered the product.
So I got it again today and I had a whole new set of errors. The IE issue remained, but on Chrome and Firefox I'm told that WWE Network video content is currently only available for viewing within the United States.
I live in the United States.
So we called tech support again. They said that the WWE network is cannot be used by people who have satellite internet--even though I was able to successfully watch one video. They essentially told me nothing could be done after beating around the bush with me on every other call I made.
So I wonder if that's the truth. If so, I had no idea--I know that my internet is fast enough to handle it. I also, as I said before, successfully watched one show previously.
Anybody else have satellite internet? If so, are you able to watch it?
Edit: I can still watch that same Stone Cold documentary.
Edit2: And I can watch the Mick Foley documentary thingie that's on now. Everything else chastises me for being from outside the United States.

On phone call number 2: We need to talk with our provider because they're showing up outside the United States. The WWE can't do anything to fix that problem.
The fact that we can watch the live stream is, according to them, because the live stream is available outside the United States.
Huh, I'm pretty sure it isn't.

You're better off than me. I've never gotten a single video to play. I got a second free trial as well, and tech support hung up on me after I talked to 3 different people and the level 2 tech support who are supposed to know computers had no idea what a Quad Core processor was.

Aren't they the worst tech support you've ever talked to? They are for me at least, by far. I've been hung up on countless times--several times were on purpose.

I have sent three emails trying to get some idea of why my iPad and iPhone get better performance on VOD material than my PS3 or Apple TV and heard nothing, not even a form letter. I know if I had to call them, with how their CS has been talked about, I'd be saying things that would most likely get me arrested or on some sort of watch list.

And they could at least hire someone who knows how a computer works if they're gonna be the ones to help you run a program on it. And the hanging up thing is just disrespectful. WWE knew what they were getting into when they launched the network. Hire people that are qualified to help those of us with problems. You find it funny though when you're on hold you hear WWE themes instead of musak?
