I always loved the nWo Wolfpac theme and never could figure out why Nash never uses it when he comes back to WWE from time to time and why it never popped up in the new video games. Well, I looked up info on the music and it turns out that C-Murder was the artist. This is Master P's brother who apparently really did kill someone.
So, I guess that's why it's never used?
Still a good theme song.

Did C-Murder get arrested in 2003? I think Nash returned to TV around that time and I wouldn't if the reason it wasn't used was because of C-Murder's arrest? Instead, he used something similar to his Diesel theme.

I do like the theme a lot. I figure he just didn't think it'd suit him at that stage of his career.

Jimmy Hart wrote it. WWE and WCW often had Hart and Jim Johnston write original songs, then hired a singer to come in and perform the vocals.
Nash uses the NWO theme when he shows up in WWE, but the Wolfpac song is all over the Network and WCW DVDs.

Barring completely changing his delivery, cadence and vocal pitch, he is NOT the vocalist. I was an extensive No Limit fan as a kid and this is not C-Murder [Corey Miller]. But music was sampled or re-looped from this song: EDIT: Now I found the track credited to [Jimmy?] Hart / Helm / C-Murder

I don't get why he doesn't use his 2003 theme. That was a good one.

It was an abomination of human endeavor.
It made the WolfPac have huge amounts of Go Away heat for me.
Further, I just can't connect it to Nash, and it wasn't something the 'E wanted to buy the rights too.

The vocalist sounds nothing like him, and the track debuted a solid year before WCW and No Limit had a working relationship. I'm guessing someone mislabeled it on Napster years ago and its become internet folklore taken as fact.

Yeah, gang, this is C-Murder -
He sounds totally different.
Here's C-Murder over the Gangrel theme too:
and, just for fun, here's Nyle over the Gangrel theme, which is much better as he had a full live band recreate the theme:

This is off topic, but I can't stand how so many people crap on the Wolfpac. They made a TON of money. I would guess the red and black NWO shirt and other wolfpac stuff was one of the biggest merchandise pullers in wrestling (I'd say Goldberg and maybe DDP sold more in WCW, Austin and DX should've sold more from WWF). I know a lot of people complain, but to me the real problem was that there was no end to the story. The Wolfpac was fine, but it should've had a proper ending, or continued as an off-shoot of the NWO without using the NWO logo. They could've used only this logo... ![http://tshirtbandit.com/products/215656.jpg](http://tshirtbandit.com/products/215656.jpg) Oh, but to the topic, I do enjoy the theme. My neighbors mom used to blast the theme whenever they came out. During the summer, you could hear it when the windows were open.

Wolfpack was over as he'll man. Shouldve replaced NWO completely then had a finale and disbanded. That shirt sold like crazy. I had three of em myself and if I still had one, it'd be a gym wear once a week.

That's one of my favorite themes and I thought the Wolfpac was great back in the day, hated how Savage & Sting got injured and sidelined during 1998 when they were really getting momentum,IMO.

The Wolfpac SHOULD have been the biggest thing in all of wrestling. You've got this heel faction that is popular with a large portion of the fanbase, so eventually it makes sense to have the most popular members do a babyface faction, while the remaining members of the nWo become even bigger heels by subtracting out the popular guys.
The problem is that it really didn't go down like that. They had to have Scott Hall turn on Nash and the Wolfpac to do a long drawn out Outsiders feud, Hennig was better on the heel side (and thankfully ended up turning back), and then there's the inclusions of Lex Luger and Sting. It made no sense for them to join any nWo faction after all those years, and yet they did so with very little buildup whatsoever. They always seemed like the square pegs in the round hole.
