Question about network version of Starrcade 83

I just joined up and decided to start watching with Starrcade 1983, but i noticed there's no intro (it starts with the Assasins vs Rufus R Jones/Bugsy McGraw match) and no chapter stops either. I thought this may have just been my computer, but i checked the 1984 video and that did have the intro and chapter stops. Is this my computer or has it always been like this?

Yeah, the two times I watched it, I didn't see any chapter stops or anything. If I want to watch Jay Youngblood/Rick Steamboat vs. the Brisco Brothers, I have to guess where it is.
