I don't have words. My condolences to his family and legions of fans. I'm glad he finally got his big moment.

This is even more shocking than Taker losing on Sunday. I don't believe it. My God!!!! This puts it into real perspective. The loss of a win streak in a fictional narrative is NOTHING compared to the loss of an actual man.

I just hope this isn't a Benoit situation all over again. Well, considering it would appear his wife and children are alive and well, it can't possibly be that bad.

This makes no sense.
I mean... I don't doubt the validity.
It just doesn't make sense at all.

The Ultimate Warrior has died ... this according to the WWE.
Warrior -- real name James Hellwig -- was a WWE legend ... and was one of the most iconic wrestlers of all time.
So far, the cause of Warrior's death is unclear. He was 54 years old.
Warrior was just inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame the night before Wrestlemania XXX this weekend ... and last night, eh made his first appearance on "Monday Night Raw" in years.
Triple H just tweeted, "Saddened to announce the passing of the Ultimate Warrior. Icon and friend. My sympathy to his wife Dana and his daughters."
Stephanie McMahon also tweeted, "#RIPUltimateWarrior Your strength of character is to be admired. There will never be anyone like you. Your spirit lives on in your family."
WWE posted a message on the official website saying, "WWE is shocked and deeply saddened to learn of the passing of one of the most iconic WWE Superstars ever, The Ultimate Warrior. "
"Warrior began his WWE career in 1987 and quickly went on to become one of the biggest stars in WWE history. Warrior became WWE Champion at WrestleMania VI, defeating Hulk Hogan in an epic encounter. We are grateful that just days ago, Warrior had the opportunity to take his rightful place in the WWE Hall of Fame and was also able to appear at WrestleMania 30 and Monday Night Raw to address his legions of fans."
"WWE sends its sincere condolences to Warrior’s family, friends and fans. Warrior was 54 and is survived by his wife Dana and his two daughters."
Story developing ...

Those looking for comfort right now might enjoy Warrior's tribute to Randy Savage from a few years back. As much as I enjoyed his in-ring and promo work, this is probably my favorite thing he's ever done. -
Truly poignant. Truly sad.

I was, and am, very much against some of the things he said about homosexuality, but still, reading this, I felt a chill go down my neck. 54 is too young, and I hope the very most for his family. I am sure there will be a lot of kindness and support sent their way, and I hope it can help, even in a small way.

I just hope this isn't a Benoit situation all over again. Not comparable. Even if, worst case scenario, Warrior committed suicide, he didn't take anyone else's life.

I honestly didn't notice it last night, but yeah, after his speech, he looked exhausted.

This is one of those scary kind of hypothetical where you have to wonder what would have happened had he not accepted the Hall of Fame induction and had been home the whole time That never crossed my mind but damn.

I'm too sad to digest this news. I watched his appearance on RAW an hour ago and now this. Take nothing for granted people. Tell people how much you love them. You never know. RIP Warrior

Just f***ing bizarre...he was literally on our screens barely 24 hours ago. Rest in peace, Warrior. Speechless right now...

I can't even comprehend this.
I saw Warrior in a whole new light after the Hall of Fame. His kids walking them out, and the love he showed for them was incredibly touching and heartwarming. Now it's so depressing. Kids that young shouldn't be without a father.

I'm at a loss for words. I'm heartbroken as a fan, and even more so for his daughters. He was my first favorite and a huge part of my childhood.
I hate to speculate, but if nothing else, I'm glad he and his fans got to say goodbye to each other.

Truly sad to hear. Warrior, was, in a strange way, actually responsible for me getting into wrestling a few years back. My deepest condolences to his family.
