Of the first 10 WrestleManias, 5 had matches between allies-turned-enemies. WM3-Hogan vs. Andre WM5-Hogan vs. Savage WM6-Bossman vs. Akeem WM7-Virgil vs. DiBiase WM8-Jake The Snake vs. Undertaker Five more with a slight asterisk - Herc/Haku, Rooster/Heenan (both WM6), Valentine/Earthquake (WM7), Disasters/MoneyINc (WM8) were all born out of newly-turned babyfaces facing their former stablemates, while Owen/Bret at WM10 should have some sort of place on this.

Tragic fact about Warrior vs. Savage at WM7 : Everyone involved in that match (except the referee) has passed away.

The 7 matches that made up the 1997 King of the Ring tournament combined for a grand total match time of 1 hour, 26 minutes & 25 seconds. The 15 matches that made up the 1999 King of the Ring tournament combined for a grand total match time of 57 minutes & 1 second.

-Both of the Miz’s face runs were exactly a year long. His 2012-2013 one started at the Raw before survivor series 2012 when he joined Foley’s team and ended exactly a year later on the Raw before survivor series 2013 when he refused to tag in for Kofi. His second face run started in the last Smackdown of 2018 when he joined forces with Shane and ended the first Smackdown of 2020 when he attacked Kofi -Seth’s most recent face turn happened because HHH awarded KO the universal title. His most recent heel run happened after attacking KO Both of them felt like forever I hate The Miz even more so when he’s a face.

Hercules/Haku and Heenan v. Rooster were both Mania 5. Typo, I’m sure.

Every time Ted DiBiase was eliminated from a Royal Rumble, it was done by a WWE Hall Of Famer.

Every time Ted DiBiase was eliminated from a Royal Rumble, it was done by a WWE Hall Of Famer. As far as the 1992 Royal Rumble goes, The British Bulldog is still technically not inducted yet and with the 1993 one there's been no announcement for when The Undertaker will get in.

Undertaker is overdue for a Hall of Fame induction.

Correct me if I am wrong but Bret Hart was the first fully fledged heel to go over in a main event PPV “singles” match that ended the show at Summerslam 1997. Previous too this they only ever had heels end the show with a win in multi man matches such as Survivor Series and Royal Rumble. Or multi man heel wins.
Sid beat Shawn at Survivor Series 1996 but he was a babyface going in and there was some grey area tweeness stuff going on coming out of it due to hitting Jose Lothario but even that got a pop. He wasn’t a full fledged heel
Yoko beat Bret at Mania 9 but Hogan bean Yoko and closed the show with the babyface
Other heel wins:
Team Andre - SS 87 Flair - RR 92 Yokozuna - RR 93 Shawn - RR 95 Vader/Bulldog/Owen - International Incident Team Canada - Canadian Stanpede So 12 years of PPV before we saw a singles heel winner end the show

AJ Styles is the 2nd man to have won both the InterContinental and Impact World Championships. That can't be right. Both Kurt Angle and Lashley have won both. As have Jeff Hardy and RVD.

Would the Disasters and Money Inc have been considered stablemates? Ted & IRS won the titles as a last minute switch bc of Hawk's drug test, and then (in the same news report where the title change was announced IIRC) it was announced that Disasters fired Hart immedfately for the "double cross"...

Ken Patera vs. Bob Backlund in 1980 was the first time that the InterContinental Champion challenged the World Champion.
