Since this idea of bringing back the masked Kane is itself a little bit old and been done before, and Kane's most recent run has been so lacklustre, and he's feuded with Daniel Bryan before, does anyone else think this is a logical match for Kane to retire on?
He has also apparently set up his own business where he lives (yes I know he technically lives in hell but his earthly residence) and is considering politics so I think this is about time for Kane to hang it up. Bryan seems a good opponent since Kane's last good run was in Team Hell No. It would also explain why Kane who has lost all his heat (excuse the pun) is getting a main event (ahhhem) title shot.
Agree/disagree?

I hope not. Kane deserves to go out with a ridiculously build up match where the loser is dragged to hell.

I'm not bored with Kane at all - every time he is onscreen, I enjoy his Kanetinuity. But when he decides to call it quits, I'll accept it pretty quickly because he has given so much already.

No. He's too good in public and too easy to throw a new coat of paint on when they need a monster of the month to throw at someone. Personally I want him out of the ring and done with storyline work. The THN stuff was interesting because it was different but we're back to the same cycle of "pussify - bitch out - monster reborn" that has been his hallmark since the DX days.

No, I believe he still has years left in him yet.

Kane has been a fixture in WWE since 1997. For seventeen years.
It's a good time for him to retire from the main roster. He'll still be a great guy to have around in general, but it's really about time for him to be done as a major part of WWE.

I love Kane but I'm disappointed the corporate character hasn't been as interesting as I thought it would be

I've heard that he's considered retiring but he has such a good gig now that it's hard for him to justify leaving. Can't say I really blame him. He will always have some credibility because he's Kane.

Extreme Rules 2010 should have been the moment he retired, so yeah it would be nice if he finally goes away.

Up until it became apparent that Kane was going to wrestle Daniel Bryan at Extreme Rules, I only saw fairly positive things written about Kane. Take off the blinders, folks.

If were for me, I will find a way to retire both, UT and Kane at the same time
Like, I don't know, add some mystical storyline and say that they both went to rest forever in peace

Korporate Kane was a nice change of pace and kept him out of the ring for the most part. Generic Masked Kane talking about eviscerating people is something I have seen far too many times and would rather not see anymore. It's not blinders, it is being sick of the same tired shit they do once a year because they run of ideas for anything else.

I feel like retiring WITH Taker would be a step back for Kane. Kane is his own character now and has long evolved beyond simply being just the Undertaker's brother.

People don't mind floundering mid-card Kane when he kills people because that is Kane. He can go from that to main eventer no problem.
This Corporate thing has - for the first time - really removed his monster idea because unlike other times he's been controlled, he has chosen this of his own mind. It's difficult to recover from this.
I love the guy and think he's a first ballot HOF guy.
