Seeing as everything was super cheesy and campy then (Campy awesome though) It would've been interesting to see how they would've handled villains like Bane or Mr. Freeze in that era.
I would also love to see The Siren character come back.

I could totally see Adam West pull off the same "Anti Freeze" type of thing that Hogan did in Suburban Commando.
Except it would be labeled 'Bat-Anti-Freeze-Sports-Rehydration-Drink'

Orson Welles would have played him
"By god....Bane you unswerving swine.....what have you done with Chief O'Hara?"!
"HAHAHA.....I have placed him in a giant cheese grater, and in one hour, he will be sliced up"
"Holy dairy snacks Batman.....what will we do?"
"If only I...can reach my special Anti-Bane Cheese Grating Device.....it's on my utility belt!"

Actually, Mr. Freeze was defeated by... wait for it... "Super b-long thermal bat underwear, for extreme cold!" As for Bane, simply replace the venom with plain old water when nobody's looking, then "POW! WHAM! BOFF!" and Chief O'Hara in for the arrest! Also, anyone read the Batman '66 comic yet? If not, you need to. It's so bad, it's... almost good?

He'd be played by Richard Kiel and just be a menacing henchmen for someone in an episode.

Yeah, probably pull a deus ex machina out of his utility belt Though he would probably just be one of the other villains heavies... and as stated the original Mr. Freeze was on the 60's show.

Honestly, he probably would have been a lot like Bane in his first couple episodes of Batman: The Animated Series. Just with campier dialogue.

"Batman, how is your back NOT broken?!" "Bat-Brace. It keeps my back from reaching an angle of irreversible damage!" "Wow! Now how do we stop Bane?" "I already did. Some Bat Pepper to his face mask!"
"AwwwwwwChooooo!"

Bane debuted in the 1990s, so the character literally would have been out of place in that time period. If Bane had existed back then, you can bet it would have been in the same style as the other villains.

I could see Bane becoming a "close but not quite" offensive racial stereotype character. He'd kinda wear what he did in the first appearance comics, but lighter colors. He'd say stuff like "Holy Frioles! Eez Bat-hombre y Robin!" A lot of his crimes would revolve around Mexico or South America themes. For example, he rob from Mexican Restaurants, steal priceless Aztec artifacts, and maybe try to take over/ruin Cinco De Mayo or something.

Bane physique would that of old timey buff. He'd be really thick but his muscles wouldn't bulge out.
Bane;"How did you beat me Batman? I am bigger than you, so therefore I should win."
Batman:"Well you see. I know the ancient art known as karate. Which allows a smaller person to out smart a bigger one in hand to hand combat."
Bane:"Very clever."

Stun him with the Batusi then a quick blast of Anti-Bane Repellent should do the trick.
