Let's see how the Kings do as favorites for a change. All the pressure's on them with their Rasputin unkillable WHY WON'T YOU DIE-ness reputation as the most unkillable team in history, home ice, expectations on how they're ALWAYS supposed to win in the playoffs. That said: 0-3, 2-3, almost blowing a 3-1 lead, down 2-0.... they are seriously cheating death here. Rangers in 6 Other than your obsessive imagination, when exactly did the L.A Kings become "the most unlkeable team in hstory" along with "always being expected to win?"

To be fair, he said "unkillable" (although I read it the same way as you at first). He seems content making up his own narrative to get upset with, though.

I clearly need to avoid trying to read/post when I'm half awake. And yeah, I totally agree with you. I mean, it can't be that L.A is, you know, really good or anything.

We know for sure that the Rangers captain won't guarantee a win in game 7 like in '94 coz we don't actually have a captain....

Cup or not, the fact that the Rangers have gotten to this point makes me happy. That said, if I had to make a prediction, I'd go with Rangers in 6. It won't be easy, but it'll be done.

By unkillable, I meant incredibly difficult to finish off.
1 elimination game loss in 3 years.

This is a most unpleasant matchup for a Devils fan.
I'll give a quick "Go Kings, Go" and then shower in a vain attempt to remove the stains it brings me.

He's saying that he's 100%, so we shouldn't expect a goalie change tonight.

So in NYC, the Rangers have had something going on called the Rangerstown Hockey House, where fans get to do things like getting your face painted, play games, get your picture taken with a green screen, and check out items brought over courtesy of the Hall of Fame. Some pictures I took The Prince of Wales Trophy The Norris Trophy The Vezina Trophy Items of the New York Americans And the skates of Wayne Gretzky when he was 3 Also got some autographs. Here're members of the 94 team, Stephane Matteau and Glenn Anderson And Rangers alum Ron Greschner and Nick Fotiu Also got autographs of Ron Duguay and Gilles Villemure, a rally towel, and a stress puck (which is a stress ball shaped as a puck). Really cool place to go if you're in the area.

Got my picture taken with the Cup while, oddly enough, wearing a Rangers Messier jersey.

Conn Smythe prediction: Drew Doughty.
Now I am not copping out and picking one for each team. Mostly because if the Rangers do win, it will almost certainly be Henrik.

Yeah unless St. Louis or McDonagh get a hat trick or 2 this series, Henrik is the Conn Smythe guy on the Rangers.

Rarely watch hockey, do teams still have goon/enforcer types or have they been phased out?

5 minutes of uninterrupted, back-and-forth hockey to start the Stanley Cup Final....
This one's gonna be good
