I'm off the Avs bandwagon. Guess that's what I get for trying to be trendy and pick someone not named Chicago/LA. Well they aren't doing well either. As well with Boston, San Jose. Like the only traditional power house team doing well so far is Pittsburgh. But then again this is way too early in the season where Calgary is second in overall standings. Like eventually Hillers incredible veznia winning playing can't last forever as well the grind will eventually catch up to the Calgary players no matter how much heart they play with...right? Right?! RIGHT?!!1!1!1! GOD DAMMIT IF EDMONTON HAD BOB HARTLEY AND THE HEART OF CALGARY WITH OUR LINEUP WE'D BE A f***ING DYNASTY!!!!!! I hate this season

That's more like it for the Blackhawks - going into Montreal and dominating. 5-0 with the top stars chipping in.
We reveal our Winter Classic jersey today.

Meh. At least four years isnt so long. But there's not much could be done since great free agent goalies in their prime tend to be rare.

Fleury's an interesting goalie.
Outside of December 2007-February 2008, health and durability has never been a problem with him.
From October-April, more often than not, he usually has more good games than bad. Hell, his highest GAA since 2006-07 has been 2.83. So, it's not like he's putting up 3+ GAA's year after year.
But... there's that spring bugaboo

An interesting look at Fleury compared to other goalies starting with the 11-12 season BTW, all of these were done on war-on-ice.com/ in case you were wondering.

It's better than the Caps, but that's kind of a letdown.

Driving home hearing the Oilers are winning 2-1 halfway past the third period. Turn on TV. It's 4-2 Boston. WUT?!!?

Devils down 2-0 against St. Louis after being shutout by them 1-0 the other night.
No Cammaleri, no Havlat, no Henrique in the Devils' lineup, and the Blues are absolutely stifling on D and in goal.
This sucks.

And my conspiracy that the league informed the refs to give the Oilers some lucky breaks so they don't draft McDavid seem truer and truer by the day. I pretty much missed the game did they play well or bad Edmonton
