The New Nexus was the biggest waste of time I enjoyed the angle with Orton, especially where they all got punted one by one leading to Wrestlemania, and Punk looked his best (imo) at the time. The shirts were cool. It got rough there at the end when CM Punk would be Mason Ryan's silent manager, but no way is this worse than Union, X Factor or the Million Dollar Corporation, among others, imo.

Mason Ryan blocking the Chokeslam is unintentional comedy gold.

I knew people would say stuff like The Oddities and other late 90's groups but I was such a huge a mark for factions/stables whatever you want to call them, I loved at the time the idea of them and the ridiculousness. The first thing I thought of when I saw the thread was La Familia because it had none of that "magic" from the old stables and just seemed so boring, typical of their era.

The Corre was the first group to come to mind for me. Man did they suck.

I seem to remember the Corporate Ministry being pretty damn lame for the most part.

Wasn't the Union just a dig at the striking Ice Hockey stars and only lasted a couple of shows ?

Yep. Vickie is one of my least favorite wrestling personalities ever. It wasn't heel heat, it was turn the channel heat. Edge just felt like he was slowly being retread with the same "please hate me, I'm despicable" angles. Chavo was Chavo. The Major Bros. were...there. And Bam Neely was a walking punchline.

For me, probably would be DOA. The "gang wars" era of Raw was terrible overall but DOA was the bottom of the totem pole for me, since the Nation was cool and Los Boricuas had awesome entrance music.

The correct answer is La Familia. If I recall correctly those losers were completely inept, especially considering they kept getting knocked around by Undertaker amongst others in handicap matches. And they had Bam Neely. Seriously, they made The Cabinet look competent. My first thought when seeing the thread title was "Did La Familia succeed in anything at all?" They got rid of The Undertaker for a little while until Edge and Vickie split.

The New Breed in WWECW takes the cake for awful stables. Between CM Punk's bizarre two-week membership and the fact that they accomplished nothing, The New Breed was truly useless. It's almost remarkable that a stable that was supposed to represent the future had no remaining members in WWE merely 7 years after it existed.

Oh man, how did I forget the New Breed? I guess I gave them ever so slight of a pass since they were on the #3 show and thus fans didn't have to be exposed to them sucking if they didn't want to watch ECW. Besides, some of the matches with the ECW Originals were quite good, especially the 8 man hardcore match after WM.
The Cabinet were worse than La Familia in my book. Yes, La Familia were jobbers galore but this wasn't ever a hidden fact. It was blatant. They were cannon fodder for Edge's foes. No one put belts on these guys. The Cabinet at one point controlled the WWE title, the US title, and the tag belts. And they all sucked.

I never hated them, but did The Oddities ever really do... anything? About the only memorable thing about them was their music. Hell, I can't even remember the name of the tall guy that wasn't Kurrgan. He was called Giant Bilba or something Earthquake was Goldar I think. Sable was one of them too for some reason.

Giant Silva was the other member of the Oddities. Earthquake (John Tenta) was Golga. Luna was the other member. Sable was friends with them and helped turn them babyface and re-introduce them.

The Nexus (when McGillicutty, Harris and others not from NXT 1 joined) The Corre La Familia The Cabinet The Legacy
All of these sucked IMO. As far as "big" stables go.

![](http://img4.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20140428175913/smashbroslawlorigins/images/9/99/Right_to_Censor.jpeg) Pretty much killed all of their careers, none of them came out better than going in.
