Two groups I can think of: *Los Boricuas: The "Gang Warz" storyline they wanted had the Nation of Domination, which ironically, started out with a manager and a few white guys, and to a lesser extent, the DOA. However, nobody can remember Los Boricuas besides Savio Vega, nor any matches that involved them. *That Tajiri stable with Akio and That Other Japanese Guy... hell, the WWE Encyclopedia made fun of them. I will not stand to see the good name of Sakoda besmirched!

The Corre has to be up there. Sure they won titles but even when they won them they got used as punching bags for Kane and Big Show, and then eventually it got shoved to the side so we could have Ezekiel Jackson's monster push against Barrett.
If that isn't the story of Wade Barrett's career I don't know what is.

The bwo on Smackdown was awful.
I was at the show show when they debuted on WWE and I swear you could have heard a mouse queef during their entrance because the crowd was so quiet.

The Million Dollar Corporation. Aside from one Survivor Series match and a Sid match, I don't think they ever won a PPV match.
Also it pretty much killed Tatanka's popularity.

And wasted the return of King Kong Bundy, who I thought looked awesome and could've yknow, been a good opponent for Bret/Diesel/Shawn, if not completely thrown away as like one of the hapless goons.

The Ministry of Darkness was a horrendous stable, but rated highly by the WWE.
Apart from The Undertaker you had Mideon, Viscera, The Acolytes and The Brood.
Mideon and Viscera were generally bad in whatever guise they were under, I hated any stuff with these two in it in 1999. The Acolytes were good as the APA but boring as f*** previous to that, they didnt need to be in this stable, they could have stayed with The Jackyl and done better things (yes, that was brief) oh and The Brood were great on thier own, they didnt need to be in this either. I think this whole angle from Jan 1999-April 1999 sucked.
