How quickly after is it usually? Man, I just realized how long it's been since I had the pleasure of buying a new show the day it came out... I think it was typically within the week. Sometimes for bigger shows like KOT they would work overtime and have them out the day after the show. Someone feel free to correct me if I'm misremembering. Usually, but they have yet to release "You Only Live Twice" on DVD. And it's been almost 3 weeks. |

I'm not entirely sure what's up with that, but I do know that Adam Lash - who does a lot of the editing and production work for SMV - was nearly hospitalized after the stress of travel for and production of YOLT. So perhaps that, and the fact that it's still available for iPPV, are contributing factors in the delay. I really don't know, but point being that this probably isn't going to be the typical for shows moving forward. (At least, I hope not...) |

 Just signed, the main event for "Diamonds are Forever" will be a trios match, with Archibald Peck joining 3.0 to take on the BDK. Peck might want to be careful, the last two guys to team up with 3.0 in a named team vanished from CHIKARA. True, but none of those guys were mysteriously handsome, time traveling, marching band leading, mma enthusiasts. |

Back when I asked on Twitter, SMV DM'd me saying they guessed it'd take 2-3 weeks for YOLT to get released on DVD.
They sent me that on May 28, so I guess we're getting it someday soon.

I mean in Ashes, he uses the DeLorean to arrive with 3.0. But otherwise, it hasn't really been stated. Yeah, he gets hit by the Backfist to the Future, but what is it about that move? What causes the temporal phenomenon? Am I over thinking this way too much? We must learn the truth!!! |

So there's this Lucha themed restaurant in Downtown Philly, and last night was there anniversary party. They had some Chikara guys host the event, so I spent a few hours last night hanging out with The Portal, Silver Ant, and some dude in a spare Amasis mask who is exactly Frightmare's height and build, but obviously wasn't Frightmare because he spoke English.
Anyway, we talked about wrestling, guys we might all know, and the finer points of El Santo/Blue Demon cinema. Really cool guys all around. Ophidian especially.

BTW, Rudo Resurrection is nearing its end of funding and it's not looking too good. The game has only raised $18,510 of its $50,000 goal with 14 hours to go as of the time of this posting.
