Show was damn near what I expected minus Ambrose losing which killed the crowd. Wow. Divas Title match was sleeper match of the night. Contract match the best of the night. Now onto people bitching despite this being spoiled almost a week ago...

If there's any time for Cena to be a transitional champ, it's now before SummerSlam.

now was it just me, or did the live crowd react very positively when Cena won? I heard it as well.

I mean I hate Cena winning, but my big problem was that this match wasn't used to put Cesaro and Bray over more. They should have had great segments like Reigns to look great. They didn't have to win to be put over, but I felt like Kane was pushed more which is just worthless and Sheamus got more air time.

As much as I HATED it, I KNEW it would happen because now Lesnar is going to kill him.
Which will be satisfying
But man Cena as a 15 Time Champion makes me sick...

Realistically, who else could have won? Cena makes perfect sense if Lesnar is getting a title shot.

I actually think Sheamus was the workhorse of the match, which was a little surprising

That was just 3 hours of boring writing. Don't care to watch RAW tomorrow, don't care to buy the network. Don't care about wrestling. See you guys when Lesnar and Bryan come back. See you tomorrow no matter what happens! Ambrosenope. I haven't stopped watching wrestling since I started in 2004. 10 years and I've never been this bored watching a PPV - not even in 2009. Literally nothing on RAW tomorrow would excite or entertain me, so for the first time in 10 years I'm just not going to bother.

Cena was the best choice, I think. Cena/Lesnar is biggest match they can do for SummerSlam.

At least it wasn't Sheamus. Yes I can't believe I'm saying this that someone would be worse than Cena.

It's all good. It's Lesnar's belt at Summer Slam anyway. It's not a kneejerk indictment by Vince to return to status quo (most notably because Cena as champion last time meant shit as far as PPV went anyway). He's just the biggest name Brock could annihilate and have it mean something right now.
Now...if Cena retains, there will be zero excuse or defense for WWE. But right now? It's a strategical business move of necessity.
