I enjoy it when the face is getting the better of the heel and the heel does that "to heck with this" gesture and starts heading back to the locker room only to be chased down and dragged back.

Someone's gotta start bringing brass knucks to the ring and hiding them in their boot/trunks.

Some classic heel work right here: Pretty much anything that doesn't make you a bad ass. Too many people portraying bad asses because they grew up watching the mid to late 90's and early 2000's. I want a chicken shit heel with all these mannerisms listed and more. It seems guys are afraid of heat where people want to kill you/slash your tires. CM Punk was good at this until his worked shoot in 2011. I love when heels abandon any pretense of dignity whatsoever. If I booked a chickenshit heel character, he'd act like Eric Cartman in the "Breast Cancer Show Ever" episode of South Park.

Smashing opponents head into steel steps.
Biting.
Arguing with the ref.
Throwing salt into the eyes.

Someone's gotta start bringing brass knucks to the ring and hiding them in their boot/trunks. That reminds me of how one time years ago Lawler kept cheating with a hidden chain so eventually the ref searched the hell out of him before a match and found about 6 chains, eventually the match happens and the King pulled yet another chain from somewhere out of his trunks to cheat again.

I want to see more heels who talk the talk but can't back it up, and always win by the skin of their teeth but go on to brag about it anyway. Tigermask nailed it earlier - heels should be less HHH "ultimate asskicker" and more Eric Cartman.

cheating, in every way possible. JR loves to say it, but it is soooooo correct. A punch is ILLEGAL in wrestling. That makes Cesaro's offense so much better when he turns face. Cheating gets the crowd to really think someone is going to beat Cena...and gives them an avenue to do it. JR/most old school guys are right complaining, to an extent, that people dont care about heels/faces because they don't act like it. I love Dolph, but his double turn with ADR involved a lot of Dolph being face and ADR being heel because they didn't act any other way. It seemed organic, but I think a lot of it MIGHT have been an accident.

Nigel McGuinness used to do this. Either in a hold or after a knockdown, the face's head is by the rope and Nigel would push it with his foot and it would snap back and hit them. I loved that.
I always wanted to do the Jeff Jarrett slide through the top/middle rope and hold the middle one and let it snap back and smack them.

Pinning an opponent with one foot whilst posing.
Pinning an opponent and then lifting up their shoulder so the heel can beat on them some more.

Cheat. Cheat to win. Be a dick. Be a pussy. Do illegal things. Use a weapon. Use the ropes. Use tights. f***in' ANYTHING.
WWE heels do two things these days.
-Win clean, which makes the guy who loses look like shit because of the second thing, which is
-Lose.

This thread is making me miss Edge. He was the last classic heel in WWE.

Trying to expose the turnbuckle everytime you get the chance. It's always funny because it takes so much time the guy has to work on it two or three times.

A face should be able to humiliate the heel with words so that he can save his fists for the PPV or at least the go home show. I personally think heels need to blatantly cheat more often. We have so few credible faces because the bookers are so fixated on building the heels be a "threat" to the top faces, that they beat everyone below that level cleanly and make them look like they can't get the job done. Heels should cheat their way up the ranks.

Someone's gotta start bringing brass knucks to the ring and hiding them in their boot/trunks. This. We need more "manager distracts the ref while the heel pulls brass knucks out of their trunks or boots & clocks the face with 'em" stuff. Also, when the face picks up the heel near the ropes, the manager trips them from the outside & the heel falls on top & pins them, possibly with the manager holding their leg down.

You'd think a billionaire wouldn't be allow himself to be humiliated in the various ways Vince did. He let himself lose all dignity in his feuds.

It wouldn't surprise me if all these. Moves and mannerisms are on some kind of banned list as WWE think they are cliche. If this is the case they should have a wrestler who has an "old Skool" gimmick and does ALL of them ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png)

I always like when someone like Zbyszko would take some move, roll out of the ring and just hang out outside forever. Just pissed everyone off.
