We've all heard the saying of a wrestling company doing something that smarks considered a "F*** you" to the fans, like Cena winning the Rumble in 2013 or 2008, or Orton beating Christian for the World Title ending a 2 day reign.
But what were moments that didn't happen that you wished did happen that would have considered such.
One of mine is I actually wanted Vince McMahon to beat Ric Flair at the 2002 Rumble, putting sports entertainment over wrestling. I always thought that would have been great to see the fan reaction.
What are others?

hat 200 Flair/McMahon match is funny. I don't think there's ever been a "wrestler/non-wrestler" match were the wrestler looked so out of shape and the non-wrestler looked so buff. I just remember thinking that if this was not predetermined Vince would have kicked Ric's ass.

At WM30 I wanted Bryan to win one or both of his matches in 18 seconds. Basically a corrupted wish: we get our big Bryan victory but still don't get to actually watch him work on the grandest stage of all

When Luger beat Hogan for the WCW title on Nitro in August 1997 and got a huge response with the Rocky-esque ring celebration, only for Hogan to win the belt back like a week later at the Road Wild PPV.

I really don't watch WWE with anything resembling regularity, but my cousin always invites me to his place for the Rumble and Wrestlemania. Ergo, I always watch those hoping for something totally batshit to happen so I can see how the crowd reacts.
I was all set to celebrate Santino winning the Rumble that one year it came down to him and Del Rio, just for the chaos it'd cause.
