Could/would/should they host a SS in a huge outdoor venue like Wrestlemania? It's the second biggest event of the year and could easily sell out the stadiums that Mania has over recent years.
Is it that the company wants Mania to stand alone as the spectacle that requires a huge venue? or the costs/logistics of such an operation are so vast that keeping it to one a year is best for bisness.

I think they should try another Summerslam at Wembley Stadium.
With ppvs on the Network, it doesn't seem like the time difference would be such a big deal.

EDIT: I had originally put the Rose Bowl here, but the idea of selling 100,000 tickets to a SummerSlam in the states is borderline ludicrous. To stick with the outdoor, SoCal vibe, they could do the soccer stadium in LA, whatever it is called now (I know it was the Home Depot Center). It would be a cool atmosphere to have a smaller outdoor stadium for SummerSlam.

I think I'm right in saying it's the 25th anniversary next year which makes it the perfect time to return to Wembley... Although WWE have a weird way of measuring anniversaries so maybe have missed it, or it may it another few years.

Centre Court, Wimbledon
15,000+ and a roof if needed.

Maybe they could do that same beach WCW did for Bash at the Beach '95. If that could draw over 300,000, who knows what SummerSlam could do!

Could Dodgers Stadium work? Dont see why not. Wrestlefest 1988 was held in the Brewers Stadium in the middle of the season. Just find a period when the Dodgers are on a long road trip and do it there. Hell it was filmed on a Sunday and Brewers were back on Tuesday

As much as I would love to see WWE hold Summerslam or another big PPV in the UK I have my doubts it will ever happen, the uk has so many venues that would b good though, millenium stadium in Cardiff would be good because of the roof as well

I'd likd to see them try baseball stadiums, and more open roof stadiums.
Just please no more Staples Center.

They should switch it up this year and hold it somewhere warm for a change.
Somewhere like LA would be ideal really.
I've heard the Staples Centre would be a good arena for Summerslam

Have it in Milwaukee at Miller Park. Combined Milwaukee/Chicago markets would sell it out quickly, 40,000 seats, and a retractable roof in case weather is an issue. Plus many of the Brewers front office employees/PR people are big wrestling fans.
