I'm a mark for Transformers Alternators. For those of you who don't know about them, they're a line aimed for an older fanbase, with a 1:24 scale, and modeled after real cars (ex: Mazda RX-8, Ford Mustang, Subaru Impreza, etc.) My last finds were Sunstreaker (Dodge Viper), Prowl (Acura RSX), and a second Meister (RX-8, normally called Jazz, but they can't since Hasbro doesn't have that one copyrighted anymore.) I also pick up some random toys if they catch my eye, like a few Star Wars or Marvel figures. aw come on man i have very little cash and now you gotta show me something cool im gonna wanna buy im already addicted to magic the gathering, warhammer 40k, video games, anime, and a bunch of others and now im gonna get hooked on action figures again

I never understood why people buy them just to keep them in the package to display it doesnt that defeat the purpose of buying it? you might as well take out your camera and take a picture and display that. Do any of you really sell your figures that youve had for a long time back assuming they even are worth much? I just like to have them. Ones I want to open I buy 2 of.....I dunno I don't really play with them so I can't justify opening them.....haha, they're just cool to have, I guess.

I've got a cool few star wars figures. I want to collect more, theres just so many. i used to get he ORIGINAL UK release star wars figures (in the eighties) and played like mad with them ..... along with the big millenium falcon and star destroyer playset ..... had about 20-odd of the figures, still around somewhere! now i just have an unopned han solo in hoth gear from 1996, and a general grievous exploding body figure ..... both unopened! i really prefer the diecast models though, as i used to gave the millenium falcon, darth vaders TIE fighter, landspeeder, and i think two others ..... but i flipping swapped them (D'OH) i've now started collecting the newer titanium series of diecast ships

I used to collect - some Star Wars, some others. Of course, now I have plastic boxes full of them and nothing to do with them.
And now, I'm collecting them for a whole new reason. ;D

I'm an off (almost all the time) and on collector ... The figure has to be really good for me to buy it these days.
As a kid I had loads (He-man, Hasbro wwf, marvel etc)
Currently in my room sit ... 6 figures.
Classic Hasbro Jake Roberts
Old School Marvel Wolverine
I think it's an Age of Apoc Sabretooth
Batman Scarecrow (Not the animated series) His body spins and he is in a scarecrow type pose.
King King Bundy (Classic WWE)
Bobby Heenan (Classic WWE)
Classic Marvel Legends Juggernaut
Mr. Perfect is my next target.
Whilst i'm undecided on whether I should get a Mr. Sinister Marvel classic Legends.
If anyone can point me in the direction of a decent Joker figure let me know, It would have to be dark and psychotic looking to appeal though.
Oh and as I have no intention of selling them, they are out of the box, I'm not bothered about Sealed Mint condition.

Not sure, I know it and the Blue Blazer figure that came out around the same time used to draw pretty big bucks...I've got both, but, both bought for regular retail price from Wal Mart, taken out of the package and played with.

Keep waiting. His family isn't signing a deal any time soon, according to Jakks. Thats too bad. I can see not working with Vince, but a CW figure wouldn't be so bad. A little something for his fans, you know? I don't get to see his matches at all any more, (don't have any tapes, can't find them anywhere) but I'd almost feel honored to have his figure on my shelf. Its almost like my own little memorial to one of my all time favorites. Oh well, I respect their wishes and privacy.
