I watched that 8-7-95 RAW today and noticed that too. Weird.

I'm watching the July 16th 2001 RAW currently and they just mentioned Kurt Angle accepting Raven's challenge to a match later but that segment is not there.
Looking up the results, several other segments are also missing so far including Faarooq vs Chuck Palumbo and another backstage segment with Kurt Angle.
