Despite the cuts, what dead wrestling company would you like to see to be owned by WWE? Since the WWE Network is coming to Canada:
- Eastern Sports Assocation (good for Terry Funk tapes) - Major League Wrestling - Hawaii Championship Wrestling (Rikishi, Sting) - Maple Leaf Wrestling - Xtreme Pro Wrestling - Wrestling Fan Experience - Extreme Rising (recently dead?) - Universal Lucha Libre - World Wrestling All Stars - GLOW
I'll list more later.

Let's hope they never buy XPW, probably one of the worst promotions ever.

I'm surprised they haven't got XWF yet, the short lived promotion that came about after WCW and ECW closed. Had a few WWE stars on it like Jerry Lawler, Roddy Piper, LOD, Rey Mysterio. I think Jimmy Hart or one of the Nasty Boys owned it. WWE have used one match from XWF on a DVD release, Hulk Hogan vs. Curt Hennig, on its Hulk Hogan's Ultimate Anthology.
But from the list, I'd say Maple Leaf Wrestling as it was eventually taken over by WWE when the Tunneys signed with Vince and replaced it's programming. A documentary series about wrestling in Canada would be good on the Network.

I heard that they were recently pursuing ITV to buy the rights to the World of Sport wrestling archives, wouldn't surprise me as I've heard Triple H used to watch it religiously.

I've found some stuff of that on YouTube. I'm not used to wrestling having rounds, but it would neat to see a WWE DVD or something for the network.

I dont know if you could count Incredibly Strange Wrestling as a wrestling company, from what i've heard its more or less like performance art or a parody of wrestling. The emphasis is on the ultra-offensive gimmicks (another reason WWE wouldnt touch it), not the wrestling, its not like you'll see any 5* matches. Also, i dont think they had any tv or a video library.

I would like to see some FCW TV from when it was WWE's developmental.

Did the Christian-themed wrestling group Ted Dibiase and a pre-giggalo Buff Bagwell were involved with tape anything? I know one show had Shawn Michaels and Sting in the same ring together. That'd be cool to see. Speaking as a fan I'd also like to see WWE buy Juggalo Championship Wrestling, but obviously they'd have to overdub the commentary.

I would love love LOVE if they bought the old GLOW footage.
It was so cheesy, so camp, so 80s. It was awesome.
The cheesy songs, the between match attempts at comedy skits. Couple of the girls actually didn't suck too bad in the ring either.

Imagine Eminem's Legacy from WMXXX is removed and replaced with cheap music because Vince would have to pay him for royalties.

If I was the WWE I would buy any video libraries I could find. Buy the stuff and then put it on the Network.

I haven't watched much World Of Sport stuff but what I have seen has been awesome. I'd love for it to be on the network primarily to see some more Catwheazle matches
